Arlo ultra 2 not connecting to base-station

This system is 900 miles away and have been working fine. One of the cameras are still connected while the other will not connect now to base station out of no where. Is there any way to trouble shoot this with not being there? Thanks

About all you can do is reboot the base to see if that helps. Of course, there's always the chance that can cause issues by itself.

 

The camera may have run out of batteries, lost connection to the base or just plain failed. That sort of thing will need physical access to troubleshoot. If you have a friend that can provide that access, you may be able to handle this over a phone call.
