Arlo turned off cameras, cannot turn back on

Bought ARLO yesterday. Got cameras synched, then established account...  turned cameras OFF via iPhone.  Now I can't get them turned back on!

iPhone says "getting status" for all cameras.  Have taken out batteries, returned them and re-synched.  iPhone still says "getting status" for all cameras.

  How do I get cameras "on" again???!!!!

have you tried accessing via computer web browser to see if that will work?  Won't help accessing via phone but help narrow down where problem is.

Thanks so much ... don't know what I did, but suddenly I could reach the page on phone where i could turn cameras ON again !   Not sure how to try your solution . . . maybe you could share that with me for any future concerns?   Sure appreciate it !

on your computer, open your favorite browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) and go to

https://arlo.netgear.com

log into your account and away you go.
