Trying to setup a new account, every time I try to agree to terms I get an error message “the system is experiencing an unexpected issue “. I have been trying for 2 days to activate a new account.

Are you trying to set up using a mobile device or the web client (https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login). Are you still experiencing an issue?
