Arlo taking money from my Account

I don't know what or who y'all are but you are taking money from my Account, I also see you have done this to several people. I don't know who you got my card information since I don't purchase anything online with my bank accounts.

It sounds like you do not have an Arlo account.  Likely someone (not Arlo) got your card information, and is using it to purchase a subscription from Arlo.  Contact the credit card company, dispute the charges, and get a new card.  Whoever got the info might well use it for other purchases.

 

One of the mods ( @JamesC , @BrookeN , @ShayneS ) might follow up, so Arlo can investigate.
