Arlo stopped working, getting device is not connected error

Everything has been fine and then overnight nothing is working.

I have reset the router and Netgear but I am getting this:

Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection.

App or browser? Have you tried the other? Did you use the reset button or just the power switch? What are the LEDs on the base doing? There should be at least two green ones or 3 if you've added cameras.
