Arlo smart Camera goes off line tried new bats and new location same thing - arlo needs to replace

tried all possible suggested solutions - new batteries new location still camers goes off line even after reset - camer is outside under overhang of house - we have other cameras that are more exposed to elements that are working fine

It could be poor signal strength that is causing the camera to drop offline. Have you tried bringing the camera close to the base station (within a few feet) to test to see if you experience the same behavior?
