Arlo says changed batteries after new batteries are installed

New batteries installed, one camera for, other one still says change batteries, 0%

Try power cycling the base.  Open and close the battery door, making sure the batteries aren't pushed down into their slots - should be just sitting in them.

Have done that, received 12 batteries so tried others in package, rechecked positioning, nothing. Going to take batteries from working camera, see what happens
