Arlo pro 4 is not turning on

My Arlo Pro 4 is fairly new. It hasn’t been charged for a few weeks. When I plug it in, it blinks blue then amber then nothing. It was plugged in for 24 hours, nothing. I have rest the camera, nothing. Just blinks blue then amber then nothing. Could really use some help.

Have you tried onboarding the camera via the web portal?
