how does anyone get to speak to a person. This has got to be the worst ever customer service where do I get a phone number. I got one once the said they were arlo they then scammed into my computer where are the phone numbers. even the chat thing its a machine that goes back and forth round and round does anyone work here

My understanding is that the only people on this forum who work for arlo are the forum moderators.

Everyone else here are mostly customers.

If you go into the arlo app on the settings page and select support and the device you have problems with at the bottom it identifies what your warranty status is.

It will also show a phone number if you’re entitled to talk to a living person.
