Arlo - one camera offline

one of my cameras shows offline, I cant seem to get it back online? any suggestions?

Not knowing what you already tried.....

Open and remove batteries / replace (make sure they are good )

power button reboot base, allow it to come back online  ( about 2-3 mins )

QUICK press on base sync button, then press the cam sync button

If above doesn't work... use REMOVE DEVICE in settings and then bring back as if new

When you close the camera battery door, does an LED light on the front of the camera blink? If so, what color is it?
