Arlo motion camera continuously goes off saying motion is detected but nothing moving

The camera will continuously go off saying that it has detected motion and there is nothing moving it constantly goes off for no reason

First thing to try is a power button reboot of the base.... allow it to came back on line and reconnect to the cams...about 2-3 min total
