I live in NV but want to set up cams in 2nd home in NJ. I don’t want to travel there COVID-19.

You can set up cameras in multiple locations, but you can't set up the cameras remotely.

Depending on the system you want to set up in NJ (this is in the original wirefree section) you can set it up at your NV house, pack things up and ship them to NJ for someone else to place them in the NJ house and all should work. If you're referring to newer cameras that connect directly to WiFi, you'd either have to use the same SSIDs and passwords for both networks or have someone physically present to connect them to the NJ network.

Thanks for your reply. Do I need a base station and WIFI in NJ for remote access?

Depends on the cameras used... Most do require a base unit and if so then an ethernet port is required ( for the base access to the internet )

If using cameras without a base, then yes internet access via wifi is needed.
