How do I remove my exhusband's phone number/email from the accout? He is stalking me through my own security camera!

Is his email the one used for the master account? If so, you'd have to use that account to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and then set it up again as a new system under your email address. If he's not on the master account, change your password and remove him from access using Settings, Grant Access and revoke his access.
