Hi. All of a sudden my cameras stopped working.  Apparently they aren't connecting to the base station.

ive done EVERYTHING suggested on these boards; new batteries, resetting the base station, syncing, reconnecting to the internet but they still won't work.

not sure why this happened out of the blue but they no longer work.  Do I need to buy a whole new setup?

The Camera LED being a solid amber indicates that the base needs to be claimed. I would remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button to add the base and sync the cameras.

Green, green, orange. My cameras have no lights on.

Open and close the battery compartment for the cameras. Does an LED light on the front flash any color?
