I purchased two arlo cameras (H7) in May of 2017. They worked great until about two months ago (Jan 2018) They will not stay online anymore. I also purchased a third arlo camera (H11) two months ago and it works perfectly.

Is there a reason for the older cameras to be losing their connection? I have moved them around but it doesn't change the
results. Older cameras won't stay connected, new camera works fine.

A couple of things you can try.

Power off the base for 1 minute and then power on. Wait for the base to finish rebooting. See if that resets them.

The other thing to try is to pull the barreries and reinstall them. That should reset the cameras.

And if that does not work remove and resync the errant cameras.

One other thing I forgot, move the base station a little bit further away from your router. It could be an interference problem.

I change the batteries and sync to my Netgear. It's still off wifi .

You need to give us a lot more information if you want us to be able to help you.

What camera model are you using?

What are the lights on the base station showing?

What are the lights on the camera showing?

What exactly is the problem you are having?

What have you tried to correct the problem?
