Arlo logs me out because there is another device active

I understand that many people are having the same problem but in my case the old enabled phone and the new one switch by themselves and I lose  control over the system. Also, despite we are two people with our mobiles enabled too often Arlo "logs we out" because there is another device active. Some solution?

For your second device, setup a shared account using the Grant Access feature. This will allow the second device to log in without logging out the primary account. Take a look here for more information: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
