I had all kinds of weird stuff happen when Netgear demanded I update in order to access the camera. I ended up deleting the base and camera and then adding the base back followed by the camera.

This was a terrible update. My app showed 2 cameras (I have one). When I tried to remove the superfluous camera, I deleted the working program. Had to remove the base then re-add it.

Hope this helps.

Apple's latest update had a lot of issues and I wonder if it's coincidence that 2 days after Apple introduced their latest iOS, that Netgear forced an update. Or at least bit seems that way to me!

Ok, sorry, but it shouldn;t have done that....

You'll have to bring them back as new ( resync ) .... if they have trouble resyncing, then do a full factory reset of the base first.

Try using a browser. If that works, it's something about the phone or app. If it doesn't, then it may be a hardware issue.
