I installed Arlo 3 days ago, when I woke up the next morning my modem was ranging, ie just internet light blinking on a mototrolla 6140 modem. Day 2, same thing. After it occured on Day 2, I unplugged arlo and didn't have the issue this morning.

I have 150mb down- and 20mb up. Speed tests reflect those numbers to be accurate sometimes more than that, but always right around there. I've had a nest camera hooked up and operational for months without having any issues with my modem. I'm not sure why a camera would interfere with a modem's ability to connect to the internet.

Many times you can log into the modem at 192.168.100.1 with no authentication. If so, check the logs - maybe there's a clue there.

I'd also open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Thanks! That's actually the first place I looked, no signal issues or errors that I can see.
