When you open the app, the face recognition comes up and tries twice to recognize your face, if it doesn't it goes to the "enter password manually", at that point if you swipe up to go back to the home screen (not closing out the app, but have it running in the background) You have to actually go to the home screen when you swipe up to go the home screen, while on the home screen then swipe up to go back to running apps and hit the Arlo app, it takes you directly to the camera feed/ controls and doesn't try to recognize your face or have you enter the password. Spoke with a tech agent who suggested I post it here so that the "higher team" noticed it. Hope this is corrected. Happy coding.
