Arlo iOS App does not allow notifications to be cleared

Hi,

I see 42 notifications on the Arlo App 4.19 (8201) under the library section. I have looked at each of the days and none have anything to clear. This also prevents new notifications from showing when I trigger them. 
I have restarted the iOS device, tried it in another device but the red bubble with the 42 notifications still shows on the library and on the Arlo icon. 
I have also deleted the app and re-installed it but no changes

Can you make sure all pages are cleared on the iOS device and then log out and log back in and see if the badges clear.
