Arlo home outdoor security help with Firmware

Just bought an Arlo home security with 4 cameras. All installed outdoors.  Got all working no problem but noticed 2 of the cameras had a red triangle with exclamation mark.  Found out Firmware needed updating.  Clicked on the Firmware update.  It's telling me "Firmware update in progress.  Do not remove batteries". How long does it take to finish updating.  It's been updating for 30 minutes and I have no video feed from that one camera.  What to do.  What to do.
