Arlo giving me no way to Cancel my Subscription - AWFUL!

Arlo has been charging my credit card $9.99 for YEARS!  This even though I haven't had the cameras for a very looong time. I log into my.arlo and arlo.com and there is NO WAY to CANCEL.  The "Subscriptions" box is greyed out. When I click on the subscription types I'm told I don't have those. When i go to my my profile and my account there is NOTHING about payment, payment methods, etc.  Arlo is stealing $9.99 from me every month and I can not stop it without canceling my credit card. I tried contacting Arlo via phone and chat and they give me no way to get live with anyone.  Can anyone help with this??

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
