Arlo firmware update

Finsished connecting ARLO HD Camera to base.  Once synced it promps me to update firmware (on my app).   I proceed with the firmware update and camera blinks with a blue and amber color.  I leave it alone to complete the process but after 15-20 minutes the device goes offline. Base to camera light connection indicator (green) is off.   The camera continues to blink with blue and amber color.

Try power cycling the base and open and close the camera battery doors.
