Arlo email invitations not reaching friend for shared account

Had successfully granted access to person who lost phone and app. Now with their new phone and having granted access again, my email invites via app don't reach them. My other emails go through and have checked spam. Ideas?

I would attempt to delete the SHARED person completely , and then re Grant Access using a new email acct to them.
