There's a sticky post here with a workaround for Chrome:
chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=arlo.netgear.com
Worked for me today.

I had to go into Chrome and delete my browsing history again to be able to log in.
Then, My Arlo Pro base was working just fine, but my original base was offline. I removed the power from the original base for 1 minute and powered it back up again.
Works fine now, but for how long.
I am really glad that I am not on vacation right now!!!!!!

Yup, not much of a security system if it's down.

I am still unable to log on just like how it was a week ago. Highly frustrating!
Called them earlier this morning and was advised that their server was down.
Is anyone having this problem??

I've had THREE WEEKS of the broken recordings on the Arlo Q and then today I can't log in. Same old nonsense of clear your broswer cache etc. - I did - it doesn't work.
Arlo is junk at this point. Anyone wiht a camera that relies on it for security needs to dump it and we need to hit their social media hard so that other customers don't make the mistake we did in buy a crap product from a company that has no clue how to manage their own products.

Both of my arlo systems are working if I log in on MS Edge, but I can't log in on Chrome (I have not refreshed the cache). Seems to be a software problem. If the Arlo server were down, then it wouldn't work on Edge.

For those experiencing an issue logging in, if using google Chrome try pasting this in your url bar and then click "Remove All":
chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=arlo.netgear.com
If using Firefox, follow the instructions listed here: How to clear the Firefox cache
If using the mobile app, check the app store and be sure you have the latest version available downloaded and installed.
You should then be able to log in.

neither my app on iphone or android work, an no they have not both been updated, so it isn't that. Also have basically reset the entire system and reinstalled the app on android to no avail. Test your releases better. I don't have to jump through hoops with other apps when they update.
