My Feed stopped working 6 months ago. Now it says “there are no events for this day” everyday. We depend on our feed for security. Thank you Rick

Stephen could not figure out how to respond. Not sure what Manuel recording means when live-streaming. Right now it says “standby active” RS

If the camera is in a subscription plan (or has free cloud storage), then you will see a target icon in the bottom center when you live-stream it.  Press that target, and the center should turn red telling you that the camera is recording.  Press it again to stop the recording.

If the system is in standby mode, then the cameras are all disarmed (unless you modified the default behavior for standby).

Go to the dashboard and put the system in Arm Away, and then see if it records.  (The mode that is active is shown in color, the others are gray).

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

What mode is the system in?
