I bought replacement lithium CR 123A batteries from ravpower and once changing the batteries I do not get any blue blinking light on the camera trying to sync. It seems as though no power is getting to the camera .
I just bought these batteries.
Could it be there is a problem with the cam?
If so, what do I do to change it?
Thank you.

I would suspect one of these causes:

1. the batteries are duds or

2.the batteries arent in right

My general suggestion is to not only ensure that the batteries are in correctly but also to not push them down - let the battery door push them into place.  On occasion the batteries can get stuck down.  ALso, when the battery door is closed, the camera should briefly flash the blue LED to let you know it's powered.

I spoke to the company that sold the batteries and they are indeed not the perfect models for the arlo.

I had to put some pieces of aluminum foil on the Plus (+) sides to make it work. Thankfully, it is working but I won't buy these batteries in the future.

Thanks all for your help.
