Arlo cloud busted

My system came with a Arlo Netgear promise for Free lifetime 2 week cloud data storage. 
my system is no longer doing this. In fact it’s not keeping alerts 8 hours. Who at Arlo can correct this?

FWIW, I think the promise for the legacy cameras was actually 7 days, not 2 weeks.  I don't know of any geographies or camera models where 2 weeks was offered.

What camera models do you have?

I have seen some complaints here about loss of recording - likely a bug that Arlo needs to fix.  So maybe check back in a day or so, and see if it has been addressed.

You could try restarting the base (power cycling), and rebooting the cameras (remove/reinsert the batteries) while waiting.  I wouldn't do anything more extreme at present.

If your cameras are no longer recording, check the active mode and make sure they are Armed and the mode contains rules for the cameras.
