Arlo cannot sync after battery change

i changed the batteries on the camera..... could not sync...removed the device....now I cant add

What do the LEDs on the base show and how do the LEDs on both the base and camera act when syncing? Are you just briefly pressing the base sync button or holding it? If holding, don't.
