I have an Arlo security camera with 1 base and 1 camera. Just replaced the batteries in camera went through the re syncing process and everything seems fine, but I can't get any video streaming. Camera appears to be working as I can see the red lights light up indicating motion, but no video

Is it just no videos or no live view either?

No live or video, on my setting on the app it says 0 active cameras

May be overkill but the fastest way to get going is to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the camera.

Under the order device tab, I show nothing. I show zero connected anything!

Wrong place - use Settings, My Devices to remove any/everything.
