My cameras just went offline while I am out of town. Can I trouble shoot from off site? They are still sending me notifications about motion but some have video and others are fake notifications with no video. This is a nightmare.

if you\re out of town about the only thing you can do is remotely reboot the base station.  But bear in mind I've had a couple of remote reboots failed to reconnect and I've had to physically power down and back up.

Another temporary help might be to just turn notifications off til you return

Try both the app ad a browser.  Sometimes it's just a display issue.  If so, try logging out and back in.

As noted above, the Restart button in Settings, My Devices, your base is the only remote option.  You might want to consider both a UPS (to allow your modem, router and base to fly through power glitches and outages) and/or a WiFi switch such as a WeMo so you can use that interface to remotely power cycle the base.  If you're not there and need options to help keep the system alive, these could help a lot.
