It’s worked fine for the last 15 months, Mrs unplugged the base station for 10 seconds this week...Xmas tree going up!! And from then I sync the 3 cameras, move them to their same position as before and they go offline within a few mins. If maplins was still trading I’d be bringing the camera back

I'm sorry you had the same problem. Mine was with 3 out of my 5 cameras. I talked with Arlo and offered to send them my 3 cameras so that they could use them to troubleshoot, but they declined.
Since it felt like poor customer service and there is guarantee that the next 3 cameras wouldn't have the same problem, I switched to a different product. I went with Blink. Not as mature as Arlo, but same features. Plus, the batteries last way longer, and there is no lag time from when motion is detected and recording starts.

Based on what you've said, it would seem that something is now interfering with the WiFi connection between the base and cameras. Since the tree and accessories are the new part, I would start there. Moving the base may be a solution. Try turning off anything that was recently turned on for the tree, etc. and see if that fixes the issue. If so, turn one thing on at a time to see what happens.

@DPanattoni, your comments really aren't useful in this context. He has a working system and something has changed. You've moved on to another system so maybe it's time for you to move on from this forum, too.
