Arlo camera stopped working awhile ago...

I ordered a kit years ago, and this second camera stopped working a couple years ago. It is out of warranty. When I put batteries in the camera, the light flickers blue and orange as if it's updating, and there is a camera shutter noise. The camera will do this nonstop, forever. Can't even use the camera.. does anybody know any good fixes or have had similar issues?

FYI, assuming you typed this correctly, this is not an essential model.  It's the original Arlo camera (using 4 CR123 batteries).
