Please help...

This is terrible.. i was not even getting any updates so saw the app and seemed like it was all offline.. when i restarted they came up at half the battery or low
- There is no email or update to tell the cameras are offline
- low battery on camera no email update
Please help

I am not getting any notification... there is no email notification for that.. i tried to setup one like it said in the ad when i bought it.. but nothing..
Only when i open the app i can see that there is low battery and camera is off already
My this issue is about -- all camera's going offline on their own.. and only come back on when i reboot the base device. They were all with new batteries which were showing full charge.. when they came back on... batteries were showing half empty - or some almost empty
Please help

Not sure if it was you I answered a few minutes ago but I'd suspect weak WiFi signal and/or interference causing the disconnection and battery use. If the camera is struggling with maintaining a signal, the batteries will deplete rapidly. Poor signal can be caused by the building (wires, pipes, ducts, walls, ceilings, etc.), distance or other 2.4GHz devices interfering with the signal. Repositioning the base may help - use a long Ethernet cable or WiFi extender to better position the base.
Also, if it's only specific cameras, try swapping them with ones that work ok. If the problem still exists with the good camera, it's a signal issue. if it follows the camera, create a trouble ticket for possible RMA.

1) Camera's are all less than 50ft from the base
2) signal on the app for the camera shows 3 signal -- so not sure about signal strengh
3) This happens suddenly and all camera's go offline and when i reset and they come back online --- battery is gone.. so problem is why are they going offline all 5 of them

And it happened again just now.. its all offline-- rebooted the base and now things are coming back online
This to me looks like issue with the base... and its interaction with the camera's

It could well be a problem with the base. However, some troubleshooting is in order. Just because your cameras are within 50 feet doesn't mean the signal is good. You do indicate that all cameras are down so that tends to indicate the base. I'd create a trouble ticket for possible RMA.
