Arlo camera reporting offline

After over a year of successful use, all of a sudden one of my cameras (total of 4) reporting that it is offline. I rebooted the base unit by turning off and disconnecting/reconnecting the ethernet cable and turning the unit back on. I also replaced batteries, went through the entire syncing process 3 times and restarted my computer. No success. Please advise.

Is it sync'ing and reporting as offline now? Or it won't sync at all?
