Arlo camera not connecting

Just wanted to say...I have just contacted the telephone support as I have spent hours/day’s attempting to sync my fifth camera, to my third base station....and the Support chap sorted my problem in a matter of a few minutes- Thank You Netgear!

I think it was still connected somehow to the first base station but was not showing anywhere....therefore wouldn’t sync with another... I’d tried everything on the forums; changing batteries, swapping batteries from a connected camera, removing batteries etc...
