Arlo camera just went dead

today i charged all my batteries and updated the firmware on my cameras.  i have one camera that does  not respond at all.   fresh batteries no power indication.  this camera has been offline for a month or so and has constantly dropping offline but i have tried multiple sets of batteries and it just dead   any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated.

When you use fresh, known good batteries and close the battery door, does the camera show a blue LED which indicates power?  If not, make sure you jst place the batteries in their slots - don't push them down. Let the battery door do the pushing. If all fails, open a case with support here.
