What is your data thru-put?
If your data speed is good, AND you have another camera,
Swap the two cameras to see if the problem follows that camera ....or is location interference/weak signal
Morse is faster than texting!

SRM,
TomMac's suggestions above are great ways to isolate the issue.
It would also be helpful to know if this is an intermittent issue or do all videos/images look like the screenshot above?
Please let us know if the suggestions made by TomMac help.

Thanks for the responses. I will try to swap camera's tonight. This is the only camera that is having the issues. This camera is closer to the base station and the one further away has no problems. This camera does face the west full sun in the afternoon. A side note, I have the camera in a weather proof box with a hole cut out for the lense on the box.
