Arlo Camera has pink tint again! Since being replaced

Hi,

i have had a replacement already for a camera and now this one is showing a pink tint.  I have taken the batteries out, tried ry-syncing and upgraded the software but it is broken again!!

Last time i had to pay postage to get it replaced which i feel is unfair due to the fact that it is not my fault and costing me and now yet again, i am in the same suituation.  Can someone in Arlo contact me as to my next step urgently please?
