Hello,
one of my two quite new Arlo cameras did not show live video and did not react to movement. However, it showed a status of that it was connected to the base. Tried to solve the problem by restarting the base (from distance), but now both cameras are “off-line”. Can I somehow solve this problem from distance...and how do I get both cameras functional again?

What do you mean by from distance? You meant remotely?? If they are offline, you need someone to press sync on base station and on a cmera at the same time. And once first cam shows online in Arlo app, do same for second camera.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I mean remotely😊. In fact, both cameras connected after restarting the base station (remotely) a second time and about 1 h waiting and are now in function. Otherwise, the cameras have been working nicely.
