Camera disconnected randomly, while all others were working. I had just replaced the batteries, but I replaced them again. The light flashes blue once then won’t work. I’ve tried removing the device from my devices and re-syncing but nothing is working. Any tips? This is so disappointing since this is a product intended for our safety, yet it’s faulty within a year of purchasing it.

What error message do you see that indicates the camera is not working? If you relocate the camera (temporarily bring the camera close to the base station to test) do you still see the same behavior?
