Arlo camera battery

I put in new batteries and it still says batteries need to be replaced. What am I missing?

from easy to hard ... in order till it works.

 

1) open and close battery door, check batteries and placement in camera

2) power button reboot the base , let it come back online

3) If still NG, go to camera settings, use REMOVE DEVICE. power button reboot the base, bring back camera as new ( re-sync )
