First is to check the settings....

Arm all the cameras using the ARMED Mode

Go to the LIVE view screen with the camera...

At the top of each camera, the running man icon should be BLACK ... is it?    If not, you won't get recordings

If it is, then check recording manually, Click on the target icon and start a recording for about 10 secs, hit pause bars ( || ) to stop.

make sure the recordings are in the library after a few mins...if so the system appears to be working but the settings may be off.

To have good trigger events, you have to have good placement and sense level for the area you are shooting at.  Don't try to cover to large an area as the Arlo PIR detects people at a max of about 20 ft ...and it is easier to detect cross motion over straight on , so pick location accordingly.

If you have question, post a pic of what you what and other may suggest better placement and/or tips.

The running man appears as above next to the wifi signal.. in this picture, he is GRAY which means OFF

When the camera is ARMED, he will be BLACK ( except if you live view )

So, goto  MODE, clicke on ARMED, all your cameras should mow have a black running man meaing it is armed
