Arlo camera battery cover will not open

I bought one more new alro cam from Amazon few weeks ago. I find its battery cover can't open. How can I get a change?

Amazon takes returns for 30 days I believe...

But, every now and then a battery door sticks,  It's a matter of holding over the lock button and pushing down and back at the same time.
