Arlo base station

Help,

Connected the arlo base station easily out of the box. however a few hours later our internet went down, and when it cam back up the base station was no longer associated with it. I have tried turning it on and off, tried re-setting, but it will not re-set no matter how long i hold both buttons on. The green light on the base station shows connection to the internet, but  does not show atall on the arlo app.

What about in a browser?  For the app, try 3/4G vs WiFi - any difference? You could also try a reinstall of the app.
