Arlo base station won't connect to internet

I have moved house and had new WiFi so have tried to connect my arlo base station vmb3500 to the Internet. The ethernet cable is connected properly to the base station and router but the Internet LED is not coming on at all. I have tried all the trouble shooting guides and not getting anywhere. The power LED is green, Internet is off, and the camera LED is amber. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried another LAN port on the router?

Do you have another device that uses ethernet that you can test with?

What manufacturer/model is the router?
