Arlo base station offline after factory reset

I have done all factory resets resynced my cameras, deactivated, reactivated base station, all lights are green but i keep getting offline message. Cache is clear, flash up to date, WHAT THE HECK!

If you have performed a factory reset, you must also remove the base station from Settings > My Devices and then click "Add Device" on the devices screen and reclaim the base station. After the base station is added back to your account, you can then sync cameras.
