Arlo base station internet showing offline and no indicator light

My internet indicator on my base station is neither amber or green and is off line.  Internet seems to be working but the indicator light is just blank.  Is the base bad?

 No LED indicator on the middle LED means that the base is not connected to your router. If your system is working, it is probably a defective LED.
