Arlo app version 2.4.4 not working

My app constantly tells me I am offline when I am not, videos in library will not play, I just get the 'loading' symbol, and continually have to log back in. every thing seems to work finr online, but the app is constantly disfunctional!

Try a reinstall. Any difference between cell service and WiFi?

I just did a reinstall about an hour before I received this reply, there was still issues, but it seems to be working ok now.

No real difference between cell signal and wifi, I considered the problem last week may be my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) because I was having issues with Google play not downloading as well.
