Ever since Arlo’sbservice went down last week, I am unable to log in to the app or the website. The app tells me there is a internet connectivity issue before I even try to sign in, and netgears website arlo login page seems to not even exist anymore as it just goes blank when I access it on a computer.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Its been fixed since sunday. however, custome modes are still not working well as the recordings show up as 1hr or 2 hr recordings when they should be seconds.

 

overall the developers are still working on the issues since last weeks down time.

Switch off the base for a minute or two then switch on again. 

See if that sorts things out.

All of my cameras have been perfect since services were restored.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately I'm overseas and wont be able to try that just yet. However, even so, "My arlo" seems to show a dead link via their website.
